    Returns & Exchanges

    We are more than happy to exchange your product if you have made a wrong selection or changed your mind on the strict conditions that it is:

    • Within 30 Days of delivery date (as per the tracking number provided)
    • The product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Must have all tags still attached.
    • Please try on shoes on carpet to avoid any scuff marks.
    • Please keep the item clean from animal fur, makeup stains & cigarette smoke.
    • We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
    • The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there was an error with the order. In this case we will cover all costs to ensure you are not out of pocket.
    • We regret that Saddleworld Ipswich is unable to refund any shipping costs under any circumstance.​

    How to submit your return

    There are two options for return: in store or online.

    Online

    1. Ensure your return meets all the ‘Return Conditions’ above, we have the right to refuse a return or exchange where the item is not in original, resalable condition and your item may be returned to sender.
    2. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage both ways.
    3. Send your item/s and its form back to the address below, via a trusted postal method as we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels. Signature on delivery is recommended. Make sure to keep proof of your postage!

    • Returned products will be assessed and you will be notified if your return has been accepted. Assessment can take 1 – 3 business days after delivery
    • You may then be issued with a coupon voucher via email. This coupon can only be used in full in a single transaction. Any unused, remaining amount of the coupon will be forfeited.
    • Part usage is not able to be credited to you at this time.
    • Any items not returned in original condition will not be accepted back and will be returned to the customer at their expense. The item must be able to be re-stocked and re-sold as new.
    • There must not be any trace of wear, no makeup, no scuffed soles on boots, no marks.
    • If we do not have the item in stock to exchange, there maybe the opportunity to have the item ordered in for you subject to availability. You may choose to pick up in store or have the item posted out to you. Any postage costs will be charged to you.

    Please note: online coupon vouchers are not redeemable for shipping costs and must be used all at once.

    In store

    2. Upon assessment outcome, you may be given the option of an exchange or credit note. Please advise staff if you wish to have an online coupon and one will be emailed to your account.
    3. If we do not have the item in stock to exchange, there maybe the opportunity to have the item ordered in for you subject to availability. You may choose to pick up in store or have the item posted out to you. Any postage costs will be charged to you.

     

      Please note: credit note vouchers are not redeemable for shipping costs. Online coupon vouchers must be used all at once.

      Faulty Items

      If you have received a faulty item or we are terribly sorry! Please do not submit it through our Returns process, but instead please contact us within 48hrs of receiving the product at: sales@saddleworldipswich.com.au with a photo of the item and it’s fault so we can arrange a solution for you right away!
